Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ROI Fire ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ROI Fire is a SOW profitability and cash-flow command center for digital agencies. The Service includes project budget tracking, invoice and expense management, cash-flow forecasting, and financial analytics. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• All plans include a 30-day free trial with every feature unlocked. No charge until the trial ends.
• You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; prorations apply.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support through the in-app Help Center.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other customers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time from Admin → Data Management. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

ROI Fire, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the exclusive property of its operators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, or events beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time from Admin → Data Management. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create a security risk. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
